With spring break behind us and summer just around the corner, now is the annual “swimsuit diet” time for many.
If this makes you groan and want to reach for the sweatpants, you’re not alone.
A new study has found that even just imagining yourself trying on swimsuit in a dressing room is enough to make you depressed.
